The IPBA is an Independent Professional Billiards Association that provides a Platform for Amateur Athletes to display their talents at the same level as Professional Athletes.
The IPPBA will hold qualifying tournaments, in both 8-ball and 9-ball single player and team events, within all 16 AIS states and its corresponding IPPBA Territories and IPPBA Zones.
